Personalized Items

Regrettably, we cannot process returns or exchanges for personalized items. This includes any product that has been custom engraved with names, dates, or any other personalized text or design. We pay meticulous attention to ensure that all personalized orders are processed accurately and fulfilled according to your specifications. Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or not as described, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to start the return process and provide a detailed description of the issue.

How to Return

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at sales@engravemm.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service team.
